This is the public engineering log for SPU-13. Notes will cover meaningful R&D milestones, hardware experiments, reproducibility work, and lessons from failed or retracted hypotheses.

The repository remains the technical source of truth. Until notes are published here, the latest status and evidence are available in the SPU-13 repository.
